ORIGIN
I recently re-located to Tri-Cities from the Portland and Oregon coast area. I ’ve been performing for 35 years in hotels, country clubs, conventions, etc. Delighted to find pianist, Brian Swearingen and guitarist Andy Plymale fairly soon after arriving here in September. We’ve already enjoyed bookings at Tri-City Country Club and Katya’s Bistro and Wine Bar.
MEMBERS
The Carolee trio can be booked in a couple of ways: with pianist Brian Swearingen, or with Andy Plymale, jazz guitarist. Romeo Carrara plays light snare and cymble on standards and conga drum on Latin sets. Carolee Carrara performs all vocals.
ALBUMS: Never had enough money to do this properly. However I haven’t given up, as audiences keep asking for a CD. I’m only 60 - there’s still time - and besides I just learned to “scat”!

ANECDOTE
I’ve performed with Chubbie Checkers, as “Marilyn Monroe”, Go-go danced with Ike and Tina Turner, baby-sat for “Willie” of the Righteous Brothers. Did a concert with Pat Boone too. (Really ran the gamut, huh? Silly wonderful fun.
